By "we" Sigi generally means himself and those who agree with him ;)
For now we see through a glass darkly but then we will see Him face to face and we will be like Him.
I don't think eternal life is chronological infinity or the same thing three zillionth verse. That would be pretty depressing. Maybe something like St Augustine's eternal present? Like St Simeon I want to look into His face. That is enough.
