I see... I had my foray with mind-altering substances, years ago... though not that one. I think God protected me, as I certainly didn't have wisdom at the time...!
I believe the Truth is all around us... the Kingdom is right here... only, as you say, we get trapped in what blinds us...
... but I've come to trust in the one who said He came to bring sight to the blind...
