I believe that evil lies in the minds of men. I don't believe that there is an outside force (Satan) that acts to corrupt or destroy. We are perfectly capable of doing that on our own.
I believe that human beings are born as being basically good. Altruism seems to be hard-wired into our brains. Much bad comes from being taught or being deprived or being hurt.
