Lynn a very wise OBGYN. Your hormones can create horrible anxiety. Mine did and I couldn't take synthetic hormones so got bioidentical hormones from a compounding rx. The provided it in a syringe with out a needle. just push out correct amount of cream, rub in in and it really does work. Fondly, Phillipa
