I would suggest ministering angels. God answers many a prayer by delegation to ministering angels. Heaven is an organized place and everyone there is put to good work. We don't just sit around playing harps worshipping God. Righteous people who die may become ministering angels. Some are resurrected beings, other ministering angels are waiting to be resurrected. I would describe righteous as a person on earth who accepts the contracts and constitutions as outlined in the Bible and lives them to the best of his or her understanding. If we want to some day be a ministering angel we should prepare by living as well and as good as we can according to our personal understanding today.
Definition of "today" the day for men to prepare to meet God.
