WHH is something a person can do on themselves, and it doesn't cost anything. Once you learn the technique in theophostic can you practice it on yourself, or do you need a professional?Personally, I think we should rely more on ourselves, and do some of this in our late night insomnia, when we are in the right state to force a relaxation and have no distractions.
