This is bad, this is really bad. I gave in again.

I had a package of instant oatmeal for breakfast/lunch and I was going to be OK with it, but then my Dad brought home a turkey sub. I ate it, then I purged.

I have to stop overeating in the first place. I'm not going to eat until dinnertime.

Next time I overeat I will try very hard not to purge.

I'm going to study now until 9:00 PM.
