I'm going to stop purging from now on!

That's it, no more damaging my body! I did it again today. I got a stomachache and that scared me.
Can a person get a stomachache from purging?
I'm not going to drop dead from a heart attack or stomach rupture.
Enough is enough. I hope I can stop.
