It is way too easy Deneb, you are right. I had a whole entire month purge-free (I've been a mix of anorexic/bulimic for 13 years..) and on the one month anniversary, I purged.. I was too full, and could no longer stand the feeling of 'full' in my stomach.
And yes, it felt good... And now I feel like, oh well, I already screwed up once this week, why not do it again??
I hate my eating disorder, but I love it too. It's so hard to let go.
