Try throwing a pillow at her, that's what I do when mine is right and I don't want to admit it.
I know what would be getting to me if I was in your situation: that no matter what I do, how hard I try, I still won't get what I want. For me, as you know, it's a career. I took back my dress for success suit for two reasons: I'll never get an interview that requires it, and I looked fat in it.
Oddly enough it fit me when I bought it. Maybe I just had some optimism that day and so I looked good when I didn't? Trick mirror in the dressing room?
Sorry, I'm rambling, I have no answer for you, other than to aim a pillow at your T next time she's right about something. It'll at least burn some calories.
