Anyone read Feeling Good?

Posted by Deneb on September 2, 2006, at 16:30:57

Has anyone here read "Feeling Good" by David D. Burns.?

My pdoc recommended it to me.

I just started reading it today. I just read the preface. I don't know if this book will help me. I'm not depressed and I haven't been in a while now. I dunno. I'll read it anyways. Maybe it will help with my fears and procrastination.

After I read this, I will read "Pride and Prejudice" by Jane Austen.

I want to read as much of "Feeling Good" as I can before I see my pdoc on the 6th. Yikes, I'd better start exercising too. My pdoc said exercise will help my anxiety.

I'm going to be a good patient. :-) lol

I want to do really well. I want to be productive in the face of stress.
