So to start off they will do Acupuncture and then I will get herbs. I just had it done. Don't know if it will help

Trazodone 100mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 250mg
5000 IU Vitamin D3
Blueberries!!!
