Acupuncture for depression

Hey guys,

I am reaching out to a Traditional Chinese Medicine person for herbs. He said acupuncture is more effective. Should I try? I'd rather take herbs to be honest.

Seroquel 900mg :(
Zyprexa 25mg :(
Trazodone 100mg
Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Metformin 2000mg
Lithium 250mg
5000 IU Vitamin D3
Blueberries!!!
