I take 400IU of vitamin E every night before bed, and yes, it adds to a better night's rest with my other supplements. By itself, I'm not sure it would do the trick, but with melatonin, thiamine, magnesium, and GABA, I actually sleep very well. So it is a piece of the puzzle, in my opinion, at least for some people.
