I just found this because I was searching for a link between Vitamin E and sleep for the same reason. I added vitamin E to my usual cocktail of B12, D3, etc. and my Fitbit showed 5.5 hours of sleep with ZERO interruptions, where an average night averages 20-30 interruptions. The only thing I did differently yesterday was take an E vitamin for a totally unrelated issue. Did it continue to help you after you posted this? I realize it's been a while.
