Oh ok. I plan to maybe up the NAC to 1200mg. But first i want the EPA effect to stabilize.
But only if it really makes me feel better. Short term, first 4 days i feel "great" at least compared to how i felt before. Then the suicide thoughts creeped back in and were maybe a bit more intense thatn without it. But i wonder what it would do for me long term.

I know that there's some thinking that glutathione might not cross the blood-brain barrier, which might limit its usefulness as a supplement. I think that NAC does cross the blood-brain barrier, and I sometimes wonder about the extent to which the therapeutic benefits of NAC may be due to its acetyl group (I'm thinking that it could be used to make the neurotransmitter acetylcholine and that that may be beneficial for some individuals).
