Christ_empowered,
I'm glad to hear that you've been noticing good things from taking high-dose vitamin B6, but please be aware that you're exceeding the FDA's "safe upper limit" of 100 mg of the vitamin. According to Katan (2005), there have been "occasional reports" of vitamin B6 toxicity from patients who were taking 100-300 mg of the vitamin daily. I don't know what the odds are of developing toxicity symptoms at 400 mg of vitamin B6, but I tend to think that the dose is likely unsafe if toxicity reports have come in from patients taking 100-300 mg of the vitamin.
I hate to be a bummer and to tell you that what you're doing might not be safe, but I would think twice (or at least check things over with a qualified health professional) before continuing on with your current dose of vitamin B6.
