What kind of feeling do you get from it?Is it stimulant-like?
Is there any med or herb that it feels similar to?
Does it feel serotonergic?
Noradrenergic?
Dopaminergic?
GABAergic?Relaxing? Energizing? Both?
I noticed some botanist on the web ranks it as #2 on a list of plant antidepresants, and st johns wort didn't even make the list! So it must have some fairly good potential. I'm just curious as to how you would answer the above questions, so as to maybe get a hint of what kind of an antidepressant effect it has.
Thanks!
> Has anyone tried this fruit? It's being touted as having as strong an anti-depressent effect as St. John's Wort only without the photosensitivity and contraindications. Plus it has a ridiculously high amount of natural Vitamin C amongst other healthful qualities. I've added it to my morning shake for the last two weeks and have to say that I do experience an almost immediate lift.
