Just some thoughts. I've found that zinc helps me with anxiety, but too much leaves me feeling rather sedated. Zinc works good with adequate B12, which would give you some energy. Second, fish oil is good for mood, but you could also try supplementing with borage oil, which will help with energy. Third, I've noticed that I don't do well on a B complex because of the folic acid. For some people folic acid is great, for others, like me, it worsens my depression and I feel like I have less energy when I take any supplement with folic acid. I find that when I take individual B-vitamins, namely B12, B6, and B3, I feel a lot better. Hope this helps.
