Today, I've updated my bipolar regimen:
Morning:
B1(thiamine), B5(pantothenic acid), Vit. C, Acetyl-L-carnitine (250mg) N-acetyl-cysteine (300mg), 1 fish oil capsuleAfternoon:
Vit. C, B1(thiamine), N-acetyl-cysteine (300mg)Night (Bedtime):
vit. B6, vit. B3, vit. E, selenium, magnesium, N-acetyl-cysteine (600mg), 1 fish oil capsule every other night.
Note: N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) is being tested now by scientists for bipolar disorder. No one knows how effective it is at this time. Also, it may take a few weeks before you experience any benefit from it. Also, there is no established dosage for bipolar disorder at this time.
