I take one capsule in the morning, ( Brand Femicur, 4mg concentrated extract of Vitex agnus-castus) and occasionally another in the evening.
Of all the mood boosters I've ever taken, this undoubtedly takes pride of place. The subjective effects have to be "worked for" rather than simply experienced as a drug effect. This is difficult to describe. For me it's more on the level of experienced emotions, rather like a barrior being removed and allowing me to experience the "human condition" in a more understanding way, that there somehow may be a sense to this chaotic and painful existence that we all find ourselves in.
On the physical level, there's a definite increase in strength and appetite for work. A decrease in desire for alcohol consumption. Libido remains intact but tempered. I can't say it does much for my low level of ADHD.
