Long time no see! -Advisor needed in Omega3 trial

How are you people ? It's been a long time since the last time I've came here! about 1 and a half year ? ..
I'd like to try Omega 3 again, but more seriously this time around. And so I would like advices on how to proceed.

My symptoms: anxiety, light akathesia, mild depression, bad control over my thoughts (OCD like)... Executive problems and so on...
My diagnostic: After 7 years of psychiatric consulting-> POSSIBLE Bipolar 2, Atypical Social Phobia.
What I tried: ~25 meds. Some for side effects.

... that said.. I already have a bottle of Omega3: EPA-rich triple fish oil concentrate from anchovy, sardines, mackerel... 1000mg
EPA ... 500mg
DHA ... 25mg
"no repeat, or fishy odor"

I hope someone will be willing to help me.
