5 htp side effects

any one have experience?

if i take it at night, i feel fatigued, spacey and uncoordinated the next day. i wonder why it has this effect.

i think it also gives vivid dreams (and possibly causes early waking)...this would not be a big surprise since i had similar effects on antidepressants...

possibly similar to paxil?

i think i had a similar effect on serzone...
