SAM-E - Any good long term experiences?

Hello,

After running through countless AD meds I've decided to give SAM-E another trial. Been taking 800 to 1000mg for about 10 tens and I really think it's helping. I have to be careful not to go manic but I am taking Depakote and Lithium as well so I'm not overly concerned.

I've read a few people say it tends to poop out rather quickly. Just wondering if anyone has had long term success w/ this supplement. I'm taking Nature's Made, btw.
