can you explain what melatonin synthesis is and why you want more of it?

are you trying to simulate the effects of the melatonin agonist rozerem? i've heard rozerem is the only prescription sleep aid that's non-habit forming...

i believe that taking melatonin may have similar effects. i've been microdosing with it lately. between 10-100 micrograms...i saw that Life Extensions has a delayed release product of 333 mcg tablets...not sure if they can be broken to smaller bits...

i think magnesium or b2 can be helpful if taken with melatonin, as they should help eat up stimulant neurotransmitters. without melatonin, i believe mg and b2 can interfere with one's natural melatonin production and cause insomnia.
