I was prediabetic with Syndrome X and all the usual stuff. My blood sugar/insulin/cortisol levels were overcorrecting.

After 5 years of my nutritional doctor's recommendations this has largely stopped. Initial BS is still a little too high and is perhaps too rapidly degraded (or whatever the right word is) by insulin. Therefore he suggested reducing the amount of cinnamon I eat.

I'm a bit of a herbal junkie and tend to overdo it. There's a packet of Goji Berries beside me as I speak.
