I think you've gotten some good advice on this thread.
I have only one thing to add, are you anemic?
Be sure that you are getting enough B12, iron and folate to support appropriate red blood cell production.
If you don't trust fish oils, flax seed oil can be a good substitute.
Do you sleep well? You might want to have yourself checked for sleep apnea or a sleep disorder.
