I totaly agree with nolvas, chemicals or herbs may help you cope, but psychological theraphy is essential. Your body chemistry got you into a state of anxiety in the start, but the fear of fear is what keeps it going.

> Niacinamide works best in conjuction with GABA and Inositol. If you want to work out the amounts to combine or take a formula based on the above then try Country Life GABA Relaxer ot Twinlabs GABA Plus.

> The effects of Niacinamide for me are sometimes it will slightly calm me down and other times it will leave me groggy and more anxious the next day. I've repeated the dose many times and found this to be the case. Country Life GABA relaxer on the other hand works better than Niacinamide alone for me.

> L-Theanine and Taurine are worth trying as well. None of the things mentioned will give an benzo like hit. If your anxiety is that bad then these supplements won't deal with it in the short term like a benzo.

> If you want a faster acting 'solution' to anxiety then a combination of herbs I always find is more effective. Dr Stuart's Valerian Plus tea works for me, it's not something you can take everyday though as you get tolerant to it.
