One of the main characteristics of my depression is a kind of nervous or anxious aggression. I keep it in check of course but that on its own creates further anxiety and tension (both mental and physical). To be able to naturally disperse some of that free floating tension and anxiousness would really be a big step forward for me.
I stumbled on skullcap by accident really but from what i've read I think it might really help. Oddly I kinda expected it to give me a bit of brain fog and slow me up a bit but on the contrary I seem more able to concentrate than normal.
