I take Celexa and SAMe on alternate days. I sense that it's calming too. The fight/flight reaction is toned down some. I have not noticed any GI problems.

> I think it is a good supplement. Are you taking SSRI's. I noticed a bit of an interaction between the two. It seemed (thought perhaps just coincidence) that the alpha lipoic acid increased GI problems of the SSRI.
