Yeah, i remember reading this in one of your posts too. i was really excited by this (the MAO-B inhibiting properties). But i didn't know it was estrogenic! That's terrible. Man, there's always a catch.
Please let me-- well, us-- know if you happen to come upon any other herbs, etc. that may be MAO inhibiting or anything else potentially beneficial. By the way, where in the world did you find out this information?? (i know of a site that it might be, but i cna't remember it and i have to get going)..But anyway, yeah, i guess nutmeg is not a plausible option for daily antidepressant action.
