SAMe experiences, Ron Hill, Larry H, others?

I've decided to try SAMe again. A while back there were some positive posts by Ron Hill and others. I've tried it before for a couple months and got a great anti-depressant effect, but it did not last. This time I'm combining it with 20 mg celexa, b12, folate, fish oil, C and good multi-vit. I've read that the stuff on the market now is better than a few years ago. I've also thought about adding in lithium orotate. I would appreciate any comments one way or the other.
