I remember getting a real strong effect from 700mg fo-ti extract and one bar of dark chocolate (probably cointained about 40-50g of cocoa)
It was definately more pronounced if I ate the darker chocolate bar (75g of chocolate)
But this was very strong, althought I've never taken an illegal stimulant (just a bit of marajuanna), I can only imagine.
