Well, not available in The States yet either!
Was aware that FDA had approved it, but Pfizer has decided for some reason not to release it on to the market as of yet . My belief is that they are still trying to get it okayed also for Anxiety (as it is in Europe). The FDA turned them down on their initial application but apparently left the door open for that possibility (and Pfizer did re-file as I recall).
If you check the "RemedyFind.com" web site and do a search for "Lyrica", you will see that it gets some very excellent reviews.
What I found most intriguing about it was that many users reported not only much better pain-control effects (than Neurontin), but also anti-anxiety effects which in some cases allowed the discontinuation of Xanax.
