SJW did have positive benefits for me, well at least for about 6 weeks.. (the length of this trial). I was not able to download the full report, but apparently they don't say whether or not participants had been on anti-depressants previously. Do they control for this? Maybe they should try SJW just on people who no longer get relief from SSRI's and/or other AD's. The (not so) funny thing is that many of us are now diagnosed as having atypical depression because the drugs don't work anymore. At any rate this study gives some hope, and as a result of it, myself and thousands of others may give it another try.I'd be interested in hearing from those who have had ongoing sucess with SJW, and what brand they use.
