Ktemene:I'd love to explain the techniques, but they require pictures and are a bit too detailed for me to get into verbally. The book that I am using, Instant Emotional Healing, by Peter Lambrou and George Pratt, is available at most public libraries in southern California. I don't know where you are located, but you should be able to check it out at a major library. I'll list some of the websites that give info about the technique that are in the back of the book, though. I'm still having a lot of trouble with sleep, even with these techniques. But my day mood is improved and I am not obsessive worrying like I normally do. Plus, there is still decreased physical tension in my being. Anyway, here are some good websites, all of which feature information about this energy tapping therapy:
www.emofree.com
www.energypysch.com
www.gem-systems.comI hope that helps!
