I like using Salmon Oil at a dose of about 1,000 mgs of EPA. I feel it helps with anxiety matters overall and panic issues. It basically "helps my brain work better". If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend it. Fish oil, in general, is great for our hearts, too. As long as you have no coagulation problems and aren't on anticoag meds or high dose aspirin, you might want to give it a try.I also use low dose Klonopin right now.
In addition, I use taurine and am just beginning niacinamide along with no flush niacin. I'm trying that out and see how things go for me.
