Omega-3: eggs vs. sardines vs. pills

I feel the same way you do about sardines -- they are fine nutrition and perhaps medicine, not a delight for the palate.

As for the omega-3 content (compare pills above):
2300 mg of omega-3 per 100g (small can) sardines,
vs.
300 mg of omega-3 per 100g (2 eggs) omega-3 enriched eggs:
