thanx, yea I looked at that website u posted, really nothing new to me there. All the candida stuff I already knew and I think I am treating that quite well at the moment under the supervision of a physician. As for the anxiety bit the things they describe in their formula I'm mostly already taking or have taken (I forgot to mention that I'm taking a zinc complex with b6 and so on). It sugests gaba which is what the picamilon is for, but the dmae I think will also be helpful because candida is sposed to lower aceytalcholine which apparently causes the brain fog, and dmae raises aceytalcholine levels..
