She definitely was thinking of this as an energy thing versus a cleaning thing. She didn't mention cleaning or skin at all. So, if you believe in the idea of energy creation/exchange/system, however you might think of it...that is what I think she was getting at.
Interesting about physical properties, though. Maybe being cleaner allows energy to flow more freely??? :)
