First of all, know that when your time is up is not for you to decide. God's not finished with you! You're alive! Yeah! So, you need to make the most of your life...
Get connected with yourself. Know that bad times always pass. Take a relaxing bath. Start writing in a journal every time you feel funky. Get a massage (physical connection can help your depression). Start working to focus on positives - I believe we can alter some of our own brain chemistry through our thoughts. And do call someone you can count on. You should not be alone when you're down. You'd be surprised how many people would be there for you if you just ask. If you don't know anyone you trust, call any church, helpline, etc... If your therapist sucks, find another one. I had to do that. Mine is not very good. So, I'm looking for another. Also, every school has a health office - see if they can get you some help. My university has a great mental health support service - I imagine most do.
Your parents are going through a hard time. You need to get yourself better so that you can be strong to deal with the issues your family is facing. You all need each other.
Many blessings to you. Again, remember, that you need support - and those around you also need you. So, hang in there and make a commitment to yourself to get to feeling better. You're important.
