Fish oil! r there any side effects?

I have read the side effects like stomach upset and fishy burps, so i got an enteric coated brand for that.
But i read some weird posts on here about it causing insomnia, anxiety even!!
I am not on any drugs but would like to start a nutritional program for GAD.
Is fish oil good for anxiety? and do these weird side effects occur?
Also i have a ratio of 6:1 EPA-DHA thats 500mg of EPA and 100mg of DHA, is that too high to start?
Its a fish!!! didnt think this could happen from a fish!!!
any input please?
