There should be a scoop in the container.....if my assumption is correct. It wouldn't make sense to talk in terms of scoops, if there wasn't a scoop supplied.
It would be hard to estimate the mass when using other volumetric measures, because the density of the powder can vary dramatically.
Get a teaspoon, and fish around inside the bottle....the scoop may have settled to the bottom in transit. If there isn't one, the very best thing to do is to dump the whole lot into a measuring cup, figure the volume as closely as possible (in mL, if possible, it makes the calculations easier). Then divide the mass in mg by the volume in mL. That'll give you the mass:volume ratio that you need to measure out the dose properly.
