I need the numbers, if you've got them, and body weight....
Toxicity of arsenic is a function of dose and body weight....the minimal risk level of chronic exposure is 0.3 micrograms/kg body weight/day.
The half-life of arsenic in your body is about 60 hours, so urinary excretion is a good measure of current exposure. You have to figure out what the source is, and it's likely to be your drinking water.
Arsenic trashes SAMe. Your methyl-donors just get used up. Chronic exposure means chronic deficits in methylation reactions....you need to pump up the B12 and/or trimethylglycine and/or SAMe intake.
Free mercury in urine is a pretty good indicator of chronic exposure as well, but the intake route is likely to be different from the arsenic. Do you live downwind of an incinerator? That would be the most likely factor that might influence both simultaneously.
Selenium and alphalipoic acid for the mercury. The alphalipoic is a backup for the antioxidant capacity of the selenium which is lost to stabilize the mercury inside cells.
