No. Those chelators are useful in acute mercury poisoning, but not for chronic exposure. They do little to pull mercury back out of tissues, but cause the loss of massive amounts of other minerals from the blood.....more negatives than positives, IMHO, by a wide margin.

Before you address arsenic, I would urge you to get blood/urine tests to confirm the hair tests.
