You are most welcome! Glad i could help :)

On the recommendation of my N.D, M.D. , after tests showed that my liver enzymes had reduced from 400 to 95 "high end of NORMAL". My anxiety and depression had lifted/smoothed out as my liver got healthier (amazing, eh?). According to traditional Chinese medicine, the liver has to do with internalized unresolved anger.

Vita Lipotropic is very potent and considered an alternative _medicine_, not a daily suppliment. My doc used this analogy: "Calling in the cavalry to return your life force to it's uncompromised strength and ability, but you wouldn't want all of them to move into your house permanently".
Also recommended was keeping a bottle of them (!)in my fridge to use as occasional support. Which i do, and have learned when i can take only two a day for a couple days, or go more or less.
Also, it's a little expensive. Inspires frugality ;)

Daily treatment for depression is best done with another combo of alternative suppliments. i think Larry Hoover or even DSCH (who also has ADD) can help out better here.
~~Guys?
But the Vita Lipotropic brought me to 'level' so we could gage how much depression/anxiety i needed to address daily. (much less than before!)

Wish you the best, contemplative1~
Keep us posted how you fare?
