There is a suppliment formula that you might consider (that seems to me perfect for you~~) called "Vita Lipotropic" made by Eclectic Institute. It was recommended to me by a Natureopath, M.D.
I was taking Zoloft, have ADD, had depression and anxiety disorder, AND a compromised liver condition with all the precautions that your virus challenges you with.
It had/has an excellent effect. Made a huge difference in lowering my liver enzymes. It's even once taken me from a frightening yellow jaundice to remarkable 'blush of health' in days. Really helped with the depression, too.
i took it at the same time as my regular daily vites and medicines. i finished the first course of 120 tablets, and now only add it to my daily suppliments when my liver is compromised. If you cannot find Vita Lipotropic, here is the formula:
(four tablets to be taken daily)Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCI) 30 mg
Magnesium (Oxide) 75 mg
Choline (Bitartrate) 225 mg
Inositol 600 mg
l-Methionine 900 mg
Dandelion Root, fresh freeze-dried
(Taraxacum officinale) 300 mg
Celandine Leaf, fresh freeze-dried
(Chelidonium majus) 150 mg
Beet Greens, fresh freeze-dried
(Beta vulgaris) 150 mg
Oregon Grape Root
(Mahonia aquifolium) 300 mg
Milk Thistle Seed
(Silybum marianum) 150 mgThis formula is not SO heavy on the Milk Thistle, because i was also drinking Milk Thistle Tea (Alvita- from TwinLabs) daily, but Silybum marianum is the most potent/best kind to be taking.
Wheat grass juice is excellent, too.Escher
