What's the diff btw ppl who love vs hate Dr. Bob?

I think a lot of it may be a transference type thing. I wonder what the difference is between people who love vs. hate Dr. Bob?
I love Dr. Bob (obviously) LOL. I was never abused and nothing traumatic or bad has really happened to me. My parents love me a whole lot. I love living life and I get really happy and excited about things easily. I have a positive view of the world and of people in general.
