He says here that he'll respect the wishes of those who announce on this thread that they don't wish to be tweeted. Or whatever.

I still don't fully understand Twitter.

At the moment, subscribing seems more perilous to privacy than being tweeted.

But maybe I'm not understanding that either. If someone subscribes to Babel under a non-anonymous twitter account name, and also other people subscribe to them and they subscribe to anything other than Babel, is there a clear trail? I'm rather thinking there would need to be in order to accomplish what Dr. Bob wishes. And all that's fine if people realize it and choose to associate non-Anonymous accounts with Babble.
