I do not think that asking about how you could or could not apply your policies to a particular circumstance, as per your statement in your terms of service that it is fine to do so, could be held as being uncivil to me, if you are saying that it is uncivil, for asking you about if you would apply your policy to a particular circumstance or not.
I am unsure if you are going to expell me from the forum for doing what you write in your TOS as being an excellent thing to do (fine), then I will leave feeling good about that, for if it is fine(excellent) to post here in regards to one's concerns about your policies, then I did what was fine, and I was not being uncivil.
